The location is very central but still in a small street: 50 m to Moda seacoast, 50 m to the Moda Caddesi :)„Kadiköy Rihtim“ is a 10 minute walk away. It is one of the biggest public transportation spot in Istanbul which connects you to everywhere, inbetween the Anatolian side and to the European side of Istanbul. You can reach the European side (Besiktas, Karaköy, Eminönü, Sirkeci) in 20 minutes by ferry or also by metro, metrobüs or dolmus.

The Room:

The room is towards the lane and is the biggest room of our the apartment. It has its entry directly from the entrance hall. With its big windows the room is very bright and catches the direct sunlight in the morning.

The Apartment:

Our 120 m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor and east-west-oriented. It is a traditional „Istanbul seacoast apartment“ from 70’s, has high ceilings with stuck ornamentals and very large windows. Therefore, the spaces are very bright and catch even direct sunlight. For our common use we have a big living room with retro furnitures from 80’s, a small kitchen with all appliances, one bathroom with WC and one extra WC. The very best at last: There is a nice big balcony at the back looking towards the backyard :)
